1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using UI Vault (https://ui.dilkhushmeena.in), created by Dilkhush Meena, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access or use this platform.

2. UI Vault Developer License (CC BY-NC-ND 4.0 Adapted)

All UI components, code snippets, interactive templates, and motion prototypes hosted in UI Vault are licensed under the protective UI Vault Developer License (adapted from Creative Commons BY-NC-ND 4.0 with commercial web-app exemptions).

Permission is granted to any person downloading or copying these components to integrate, customize, and execute them freely within personal web applications, client deliverables, and commercial SaaS landing pages, subject to the following non-negotiable conditions:

  • Mandatory Attribution: Original author credit comments ("Dilkhush Meena // https://ui.dilkhushmeena.in") embedded in source code must be retained in all raw source distributions.
  • Anti-Scraping & Anti-Mirroring: Automated scraping, copying, or bulk distribution of components into competing UI libraries, marketplaces, or code vaults is strictly prohibited.
  • No Standalone Reselling: You may not repackage or sell these components as standalone UI kits, digital themes, or downloadable asset packs.

THE SOFTWARE AND DESIGN ASSETS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

3. Permitted & Commercial Web Use

You are fully permitted and encouraged to:

  • Use any component freely in personal websites, client projects, and agency work without paying royalties.
  • Embed and customize components inside commercial SaaS applications, marketing funnels, and landing pages.
  • Modify styling, animations, Tailwind classes, and JavaScript logic to match your product's requirements.
  • Ship compiled production applications containing these components without restriction.

4. Prohibited Scraping & Commercial Exploitation

To protect the integrity of the open ecosystem, the following actions are strictly prohibited:

  • Scraping & Bulk Mirroring: Scraping the UI Vault catalog or deploying mirror platforms that aggregate UI Vault components.
  • Direct Reselling: Selling these components individually or bundled in digital storefronts (Gumroad, ThemeForest, Envato, etc.).
  • Attribution Stripping: Removing original creator copyright blocks or claiming exclusive primary invention of the components in raw repositories.
  • Competing Component Vaults: Re-hosting the components on a competing public UI repository without written permission.

5. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

UI Vault and all associated code are provided strictly on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. While every component is thoroughly tested across modern browsers, we do not guarantee uninterrupted, bug-free, or entirely error-free performance.

In no event shall Dilkhush Meena, UI Vault, or its contributors be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from the use of or inability to use the components or services.
